I'm Kristy Neal, the person behind Treasured Collectibles and Doll Hospital.  I opened the Doll Hospital in September 2001 with a simple philosophy: every well-loved doll can be saved.

I believe every doll and collectible has a story worth preserving. Some have been treasured for generations, while others arrive at my workbench after years of wear, damage, or simply being forgotten.

Restoration is about more than making something look new again. I carefully consider the age, character, condition, and history of each piece before deciding what work it needs.

My goal is to repair and restore while preserving the qualities that make each doll or collectible special.

Every piece that comes through the Doll Hospital is treated with patience, care, and respect.
